Responsibilities and Duties

Roles and Responsibilities as HR Administrator:

  • Human Resource Management Systems
  • Serving as the point of contact for employees’ issues and inquiries, including but not limited to benefits and company policies.
  • Provide support for Payroll and HRMS. Research and resolve problems, perform schedule activities, and liaison with service providers.
  • Prepare and maintain standard and ad hoc reports and queries.
  • Project Support
  • Support project manager including, preparation of documents, and follow-up on timelines and deliverables.
  • Attend project meetings and prepare meeting minutes and action items.
  • Digital Marketing
  • Sharing, updating and following up posts on Social Media.
  • Preparing and sending newsletter weekly.
  • Posting blogs.
  • Generating leads from Social Media.
  • Preparing report on the basis of weekly analytics.
  • Customer Interaction
  • Generating new sales leads and converting them to clients.
  • Gathering requirements and offering the quotation.
  • Bidding for new projects.
  • Generating invoice, bill and following up with client for payment.
  • Payroll Administration
  • Process payroll and maintain payroll information as required.
  • Prepare and maintain related payroll records and reports along with absence records.
  • Preparing the balance sheet at every month-end.
  • The Recruitment Process
  • Writing effective advertisements.
  • Screening resumes, processing applications and scheduling interviews.
  • Developing guidelines for successful interviewing offers of employment and references.
  • Inducting new employees and performing background check of employees.
  • Termination of employment, notice periods and contractual rights – exit interview.
