Project Objective

This project is developed for one of the leading conglomerate in India to manage their employee learning initiatives.

The conglomerate is dealing in multiple sectors such as Fast-Moving Consumer Goods, Hotels, Paperboards & Packaging, Agro products & Information Technology. This makes the learning initiative even more complicated.

Client wanted to build application where they can manage the training content as well as deliver the content using mobile apps and web for their employees. The system also mandates the tests to the employees in configured frequency. The result and progress need to be preserved for future evaluation.
